Through automation and AI, information from various sources is efficiently brought together, validated and prepared in an audit-proof manner.

Zenjob SE is a digital temporary employment agency that connects students with companies across Germany for flexible jobs. While there were already well-functioning systems for customer and employee contracts, for a long time there was no structured contract management for third-party contracts — such as SaaS, supplier or consulting contracts. The result: no central overview, unclear responsibilities, missed notice periods and unused savings potential in the six-figure range.

During the Series A phase, Taktile sought flexible legal support without a full-time lawyer. Paxa took on these tasks as Fractional General Counsel, pragmatically, strategically and scalably. Today, Taktile is successfully active in the USA, has completed a Series B financing round and benefits from efficient, legally well-established structures with minimal consulting costs.

Taxdoo is a fintech scale-up from Hamburg and one of the leading providers of sales tax compliance and financial accounting in e-commerce. At the beginning of 2025, the company was faced with the task of redesigning its contract structures and internal processes. This required a new perspective.
