Julian and Constantine have learned in their work as lawyers and syndicates that most companies would like a strategic legal advisor as a permanent companion at their side. After many years of advising both companies as internal, external or fractional general counsel, and experienced first-hand the growing demand for flexible legal advice, it became clear that it was high time to offer this form of advice together, professionally and with full use of their network. One or two days a week are often enough to set up structures, conclude contracts more quickly or remove legal hurdles. Based on this conviction, they founded Paxa — an external legal department that supports companies proactively, flexibly and close to business.
