He brings extensive expertise from his work as general counsel, chief compliance officer and company founder. As co-founder of an innovative, patent-pending stablecoin infrastructure platform, he now advises companies on complex regulatory issues, financial transactions and the design of scalable governance structures. His career includes positions at international law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Orrick as well as senior positions at globally active banks. Tom advises you on all US matters, is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts and has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
