MILES is a fast-growing company with around 750 employees. The Legal & Compliance team was still under construction and initially consisted of a newly appointed General Counsel and a Junior Legal Counsel. In view of the high workload of the legal department, short-term, reliable support was required to create operational relief in day-to-day business, while the recruiting process for additional full-time positions began at the same time.
