Leverest is revolutionizing access to private market debt financing by bringing private equity investors and debt providers together with suitable sources of financing via an innovative platform.
From the outset, Leverest was in a dynamic market environment with ambitious growth goals. The legal structure had to be designed in such a way that rapid scaling, international expansion and complex financing rounds were possible without losing operational speed.
“Julian Jantze and Paxa have been with Leverest from day one. Together, we have implemented financing, opened up new markets and set up legal structures that enable our growth — quickly, pragmatically and always close to business.”
Jan-Moritz Hohn, Founder & CEO Leverest
Die Lösung
From the outset, Leverest did not need a pure project lawyer, but a daily sparring partner on call who understood the business model and thought about legal issues in the context of business.
The special thing:
Leverest and Paxa have been closely linked — from their founding to the present day. Together with the company, we have opened up new markets, scaled financing processes and established a legal structure that enables rapid growth.
Our role right from the start:
- Setting up and structuring the company and the holding structure.
- Strategic support for expansion into new markets such as the UK and USA.
- Structuring and closing convertible loans.
- Support as legal department for the entire financing round, including investor negotiations.
- Drafting and negotiating complex master service agreements with private equity companies and debt advisors.
- Advice on the development and implementation of an employee participation program.
- Ongoing employment law support.
Die Ergebnisse
Leverest is now well established in Europe and recently also in the USA, operates flexibly on the market and at the same time can count on a robust legal basis and with Paxa as a “daily advisor when needed” in the background.
